Planning a wedding or civil partnership ceremony and celebration can be very stressful and we understand that it can often be daunting for couples so we offer everything from a full, all-inclusive design and co-ordination package where we work with you to make your vision for your special day a reality. With your full input we are with you every step of the way, helping you to source venues, suppliers, be there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly, take care of all the details and style the venue to ensure your guests are wowed and even manage your invitations and gift lists. Another important aspect of this service is ensuring you maximise your budget. We have experience in dealing with clients with a great variety of budgets and expectations and we are able to negotiate preferential rates with venues and suppliers and we can always come up with solutions to make your budget work. If you are holding stag / hen events, we can also assist with these arrangements.

Our full planning and co-ordination service is available from £800.

Not all couples want their wedding co-ordinator to be involved with every aspect of the planning. For those who want to organise some of the details themselves, we offer a partial design and management service which includes attendance on the day.

Our partial planning service is available from £500.

For those who have done all the planning and just want to relax and enjoy the big day, we offer an “On-the-Day” Management service. Having met with you a few weeks before the event, one of our Consultants will be with you on the day to ensure that everything is as it should be and any challenges are resolved without it affecting you or your guests. Our clients tell us that this is an invaluable part of the service we offer.

On-the-day consultancy is available from only £200.

Crucial to your wedding day is the venue and how it looks. We have an experienced team who can help you achieve the look you have always dreamed of whilst helping you stick within you budgets. We will take care of the sourcing of anything from fabulous linens and lighting to the smallest table details and be there to set up and co-ordinate suppliers. We guarantee your venue will look even more fabulous.

Our venue styling service is available from £200.

Guest management can be a very time-consuming part of your wedding planning and we can take the strain of that away by dealing with the sending of you invitations, dealing with all the rsvps, ensuring your guests have all the information regarding accommodation, transport etc, that they know how to get to and from your venue as well as assisting with your guest list.

Our guest management service starts at £150.

If you are looking for a unique location, gown or bridal favour, we source reliable and high quality suppliers and venues. This is a service which is of particular value when looking for something special or when you require to keep to a strict budget.

Supplier sourcing is offered from only £40 per supplier.

For those who feel they only need advice or want to know they are on the right track with planning, we offer an advisory service. We will check through your plans and give you the chance to ask as many questions as you wish – you will leave relaxed!

Our advice-only service starts at only £60.

Corporate & Private Events

As we offer a fully bespoke service, the costs involved with planning and co-ordinating events for our corporate and private events such a team-building days, product launches, birthday celebrations and other parties would be agreed at the initial meeting. Again, we are able to organise or source as much or as little as you require.

PR/Marketing

Again, we would require full details of the campaign prior to agreeing costs, but this service is available from as little as £30 per hour.

Event & Function Staffing

Hourly rates are agreed at the time of booking staff for events and include all charges for payroll administration, PAYE and WTD. Travel costs will be applicable for contract outside Perth and will be agreed prior to the contract.
